This type of forged double coupler is for italy and some other countries in Europe, made by forging, to fix tube of 48.3mm at a 90 degree. 

This fixed double coupler is used to connect two tubes at 90 degrees (crossed). Once the bolt and nut are tightened, it is very strong can load at least 100 KN.
