Cuplock Scaffolding Products made by WEIYE Scaffolding.
It is a kind of system scaffolding joined by cups which is very convenient to assemble.
Cuplock scaffolding ledger blade, some one call it ledger end or ledger pin, made by forging of Q235 steel, different raw material can also be made on your request.
Uppercup: Two processing technics, casting steel or iron and forging. Forging is much stronger but more expensive than casting.
Cuplockscaffolding bottom cup is made by pressing, almost a standard part.
Shot blasting will be given after these parts are made. Shot blasting can make a forged part's surface more stronger and better in wear-resistant while keeps the same tensile strength inside.

Company Profile
Ringlock scaffolding system, mainly including vertical,ledger, diagonal and steel planks. Our ringlock scaffoldings is similar as Layher scaffoldings. You can see the jack base and 320mm width steel planks, of course, we also have 610mm aluminium planks.
Our ringlock scaffolding is the best selling system, Europe, Amrica, Asia and Australia.
We use Q345 tubes to produce the verticals and ledgers, we use Q235 tubes to produce the diagonals.
320mm width steel planks can be hanged on 48.3mm tubes or U type ledgers. 610mm aluminium planks with or without trapdoor, with or without a ladder, board can be plywood or aluminium.
We also have two kinds of toe boards for your choice. Steel and wood.
Hollow or solid screw jack bases, HDG or Electroplated. We also have swivel screw jack base, which you can use them on the ground not flat.
Base collars, can be different length, 170mm-230mm.
The most important point is that our casting ledger end and diagonal ledger ends are made by our casting workshop, quality can be controlled. Lost wax casting and sand casting, two choices.
