Fine casted Steel Diagonal Brace End for Ringlock System scaffolding is also made by casting, either wax moulded or sand moulded, the former technics is better than the latter while the latter is less expensive than the former one. 

Diagonal Brace head is important in assebling a scaffolding system. It is usually hot dip galvanized when the customers order them. What you need to do is just to rivet it into the tubes of diagonal brace. It can be swiveled at any angle.
