Ringlock Scaffolding Ledger end is usualy made by casted steel. Both wax mould and sand mould can be used to form the shape of the casted parts. It is subject on your budget to use sand mould or wax mould.
Different customers require different types of ledger ends, and we can make all types of them. Different ledger ends have different weight, but it is normally around 0.4kgs per piece.
Many customers only order ledger ends and then they weld them themselves. Wedge pins usually go with the ledger ends, locked or unlocked. The quality of ledger pinds matters a lot. As it is the key part to connect the ledgers to the standard rings.
